I have over 20 years of commercial experience in IT. During my professional journey I worked in many roles – from Service Desk, Developer, Business Analyst to Technical Leader with Technology Management responsibilities.
For more than 10 years, working in international and multicultural environment for global projects. Great communication skills and ability to inspire development teams with 'can do’ attitude are a must in my work. Wide knowledge about whole IT systems, like network and servers administration, application development (full stack), SDLC, operations and support models, gives ability to design future of IT solutions and make clear-cut decisions.
Deep technical background and doing own business gave me deep understanding where Business and Technology needs a bridge. I worked in projects for major financial organizations.
